Project Lead - SCM Strategy

Position Summary As our Project Lead – SCM Strategy, your primary role is to strengthen Samsung’s inhouse SCM expertise by monitoring KPIs and carrying out continuous improvement projects. You will be working together with your team on the innovation of the SCM Roadmap. Build the future and apply now! Role and Responsibilities As a key contributor within SCM Strategy Team, working in collaboration with your fellow SCM colleagues at Samsung, your responsibilities include: Drive SEBN SCM Strategy roadmap. Monitor, analyze and report KPIs such as sell-out achievement, forecast accuracy, aging inventory and etc. Monitor and analyze data from market, customers and factories. Be in tight communication with sales divisions, RHQ and HQ for the supply related matters. Manage SCM related ad-hoc requests on time. Translate client or business needs into sub’s requirements and operational processes. Handle SCM related Data, and carry out process improvements and innovations. Build up reports and provide data insights for decision making for business. Skills and Qualifications Your skills and qualifications The ideal Project Coordinator – SCM Strategy recognizes themselves in the following profile: A Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or an equivalent education. 3+ years of relevant experience within an international high-tech environment in a multinational company. Strong Project Coordination/Management skills. Excellent Excel skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proactive team player Experience with SAP systems. A proficient level of English and Korean. Ability to think critically. Ability to manage Ad-hoc requests on time What’s in it for you?
