At Rentman, a B2B SaaS scaleup building an operations management platform for event and media production teams, the Revenue Operations Specialist acts as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, and data teams.
Rentman supports users in 70+ countries who plan everything from small shoots to massive festivals. The team is based in Utrecht with a second office in Toronto, and works in a culture that is open, flat, and collaborative, where curiosity, ownership, and impact matter.
You’ll have an incredible opportunity to dive headfirst into the world of RevOps/GTM engineering. You own the systems, processes, and data that keep the commercial engine running smoothly, and you make sure the people around you are empowered to use them well. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves solving operational problems, enabling others through technology, and building the foundations that help a fast-growing team scale.
Own the CRM and tech stack - manage key processes, data hygiene, imports, segmentation, automations, and reporting in HubSpot and other platforms; audit tools regularly and ensure optimal efficiency
Enable the marketing team - support operational campaign execution including events, tradeshows, list segmentation, and tracking; coach teammates on tools and AI so they can work more autonomously
Drive sales process adoption - work hands-on with the sales team to ensure pipeline hygiene, consistent input, and adherence to defined processes; make sure nothing slips through the cracks and identify new opportunities for efficiency and optimization
Ensure data quality across the commercial tech stack - maintain clean, structured data for AI-based analysis; regularly audit tools, integrations, and processes to ensure everything runs smoothly
Document and standardize processes - maintain up-to-date documentation for all sales and marketing workflows, and build scalable, repeatable processes the whole team can rely on
Be the go-to operational resource - act as the first point of contact for the commercial team on tooling questions, integrations, and operational support
Identify GTM opportunities - identify new GTM strategies to test that drive progress toward KPIs across all functions of sales and marketing
Stakeholder-first mindset - you proactively seek out teammates to understand their challenges, ask lots of questions, and don't wait for problems to come to you; you're comfortable running a training session and thrive on seeing the “aha” moment when colleagues grasp new concepts and ideas
Technical curiosity - you stay sharp, try new tools, and have a genuine passion for technology and AI; you're always looking for smarter ways to work
B2B commercial tech knowledge - you have at least a foundational understanding of CRM and commercial technology fundamentals and how sales and marketing teams operate, ideally with some hands-on experience in a connected tool ecosystem
Commercial awareness - you understand how operations and technology connect to revenue goals, and you use that understanding to prioritize the work that actually moves the needle
Collaborative and consultative - you deeply understand a problem before proposing a solution; you involve stakeholders and pressure-test scope before building
Autonomous execution - you manage your own workload, juggle multiple projects, and know when to ask for help and when to just get it done; bonus points if you’ve worked with Agile sprints
Iterative mindset - you take an MVP approach: “here's what we can deliver this week, here's what it looks like in a quarter”
HubSpot or similar tool experience, especially custom builds rather than out-of-the-box setups
Experience with data enrichment tools, attribution modelling, or API integrations
Experience with AI
Familiarity or experience with GTM engineering strategies
Prior experience in a SaaS company or startup environment
Basic SQL and/or JSON fluency
