Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

You need the following qualifications for the position of FP&A Specialist:

• Completed university or bachelor's degree in finance (Business Economics/Accountancy).
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a FP&A, Transaction services or similar position.
• Proven track record of project management skills, leadership skills and competences.
• Excellent knowledge of English and preferably Dutch language.
• Excellent knowledge of finance supporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft BI, SAP and Anaplan.

What impact will you make?

For this position we do not offer visa sponsorship and / or relocation. You will work hybrid from our offices in Rotterdam, Utrecht, possibly from Amsterdam and from home.

How do you do this?

• Deliver all expected outputs on time to the agreed quality standards.
• Prepare and analyze Deloitte-wide reports on key issues for management and other stakeholders (including partners, Supervisory Board, Audit & Finance Committee and NSE/Deloitte Global) and provide them with qualitative explanations.
• Coordinate qualitative clarification of management reports from the business, with the business controller as primary contact, as well as assess and, if necessary, question the input provided.
• Provide periodic reporting to Deloitte Europe and Global.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making across the organization.
• Act as point of contact and provide suggestions for improvement for NSE reporting and Global tools (Anaplan and others).
• Build strong relationships with management and key stakeholders to provide high quality reporting and analysis in line with Deloitte strategy, complementary to management expectations.
• Work closely with the Finance Business Partnering team and diverse stakeholders, including executive board, CFO and various controlling leads, providing actionable insights to support assessment of business performance and strategic (process) decisions.
