About this role

We are seeking a high-caliber Salesforce Developer to lead our transition into the era of autonomous AI. This role goes beyond traditional CRM customization; you will be responsible for architecting and building Agentforce agents that automate complex business processes. You will blend deep Apex expertise with generative AI orchestration, using Atlas Reasoning Engine, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud to build intelligent, conversational, and action-oriented solutions.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Agentforce Orchestration: Design, build, and deploy autonomous agents using Agentforce. Configure agent topics, instructions, and guardrails to ensure high-accuracy outputs.
• Custom Action Development: Develop “Agent-ready” Apex classes and sophisticated Flows to be consumed as actions by the Atlas Reasoning Engine.
• Generative AI Integration: Utilize Prompt Builder to create and manage dynamic prompt templates that ground LLMs in your specific Salesforce data.
• Data Grounding & Architecture: Collaborate on Data Cloud integrations to ensure agents have access to real-time, unified data for accurate grounding.
• Advanced UI/UX: Build modern, performant Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the generative AI user experience within the Salesforce side panel and experience sites.
• Integration & APIs: Architect robust integrations using REST/SOAP to allow Agentforce to interact with external third-party systems.
• Trust & Guardrails: Implement and monitor the Einstein Trust Layer to ensure data privacy, toxicity filtering, and PII masking in all AI interactions.

What will you bring to the team?

• Salesforce development experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience (or significant project work) in Agentforce (formerly Einstein Copilot) and the Einstein 1 Platform.
• Apex Mastery: Expert-level Apex coding, specifically focusing on Invocable Methods and service-oriented architecture designed for AI consumption.
• AI Tooling: Proven experience with Prompt Builder, Einstein Copilot/Agentforce Studio, and Model Builder.
• Modern Frontend: Strong proficiency in LWC, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS to build bespoke AI interfaces.
• Data Strategy: Solid understanding of the Salesforce Data Model and experience with Data Cloud or Big Objects for high-scale AI grounding.
• Problem Solving: Ability to debug non-deterministic AI outputs and optimize “Chain of Thought” reasoning within agents.
