What you’ll do

• People: You are a team-builder and problem-solver. You stay updated on new products and technologies.
• Processes: You know how to use Salesforce to creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for your client’s unique challenges.
• Technology: You are familiar with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe and DevOps, and of course, you have strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
• Data: In this capability we share knowledge, build up experience and improve skills in the area of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce, all Industry products or nCino.

About the Salesforce Business Group
