Overview

The Corporate HR team deals with both Corporate and Global HR topics in close collaboration with the HR colleagues in over 30 countries.

As Junior HR Business Partner, you will support day to day Corporate HR and Global Compensation & Benefits activities while developing strong expertise in HR policies, processes, systems and data. This role is perfect if you enjoy working with people in an international environment.

What will you do?

  • Support Corporate HR with day to day HR activities like recruitment, sick-leave, the annual performance and salary cycle, maintaining the HR intranet page etc.
  • Assist with Global Compensation & Benefits activities including the maintenance of the Global Job framework, the Global and Corporate salary and bonus cycle, the collection of benchmark data, Fair Pay and advising on local Compensation and Benefits packages;
  • Give support to Corporate and Global data activities including collecting compensation and benefits data, analysing this and provide reporting, including in relation to CSRD and EU Fair Pay requirements;
  • Support with the upcoming implementation of Workday for Corporate including data checks, data preparation, and consistency validation;
  • Support drafting and updating the Corporate (and Global) HR policies & guidelines;
  • Implement your own improvement ideas.

Responsabilities

For this exciting role we are looking for someone who brings good communication and analytical skills. You easily connect with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. Further you have a structured and accurate way of working and have an eye for details. You have a proactive attitude and feel comfortable working in a changing international environment. In addition we’d like you to at least bring:

  • A completed and relevant Bachelor and preferable Master education;
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR related role and ready for your next step;
  • Strong interest in generic HR topics and Compensation & Benefits;
  • Comfortable working with data, Excel and systems;
  • Ambition to learn international HR processes end- to- end and grow your HR expertise;
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of the Dutch language and Dutch labour laws is a strong plus;
  • You are based in The Netherlands and allowed to work here.
