As an Associate Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers and contribute directly to successful hiring outcomes across our international organization. You will be actively involved in hands-on recruitment activities throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.

This role is designed as a developmental step toward becoming a Talent Acquisition Manager, offering the opportunity to build end-to-end recruitment expertise, increase stakeholder ownership, and grow into a more strategic Talent Acquisition role over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle (including vacancies, intake meetings, interviews, and offers)
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging suitable candidates using a variety of channels
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and maintaining accurate, up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Managers with a range of recruitment-related activities, responding to internal and external requests, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Participating in recruitment-related projects and identifying opportunities for improvement

Wat heb je nodig

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition
  • Skilled in using social media and digital sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
  • Ability to work effectively within structured and sometimes complex processes
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working and thinking
