About the role

Are you excited by the idea of shaping how millions of consumers discover and shop for home defining products on one of the world’s most influential retail platforms?
As our Europe Amazon Media Manager, you will play a central role in driving visibility, impact, and demand for our brands across one of Europe’s key Amazon markets. This role sits within our Global Amazon Media Team, where you’ll collaborate closely with Amazon leads, category marketing teams, the market’s leadership, and our agency partners who support the activation of global campaigns.You will also work hand in hand with our Global Digital team to ensure our marketing plans remain aligned across channels and regions—bringing consistency, precision, and innovation to every touchpoint. If you are energized by cross functional collaboration, data driven decision making, and end to end campaign ownership, this role could be your next big move.

The impact you’ll make

  • Drive the Amazon Europe media plan across all channels, ensuring full alignment with the global integrated media strategy.
  • Unify integrated Amazon campaign plans across Europe for all business categories, creating a cohesive and impactful regional approach.
  • Activate on‑ and off‑Amazon media campaigns using demand‑side platform buying to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • Guide agency partners in local markets to elevate ongoing and upcoming campaign performance.
  • Ensure that all campaign executions adhere to global media strategies and established playbooks.
  • Transform real‑time performance insights into proactive optimization steps, using data to identify opportunities and take action quickly.
  • Collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders—including sales, marketing, digital, analytics, Amazon leads, and agency partners—to deliver seamless execution and strong business outcomes.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring

  • 3+ years relevant experience in media management or brand.
  • Knowledge in media planning and buying and being current in the constantly changing world of media with a focus on retail media.
  • Proven experience working with Amazon Media campaigns or other similar retail media.
  • Proven experience collaborating with media agencies or agency experience would be a plus.
  • Experience working in different markets would be a plus.
  • Ability to be agile, pivot as needed and manage many high-priority projects at once.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Team player with a pro-active attitude.
  • Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus (Dutch, Polish, French or Swedish).
