Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you will play a critical role in enabling our continued growth across the region. As Senior Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring across a diverse portfolio of functions including Commercial, Categories, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal and Sustainability, supporting both regional and global roles.

With increasing complexity across the business, you will combine high-volume delivery with strategic sourcing, ensuring we hire the right talent at the right time while continuously elevating our recruitment approach.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles, managing 8–12 open vacancies simultaneously depending on workload and complexity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, leading structured intake meetings and confidently influencing hiring decisions with data and market insight.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct search, talent mapping and network activation, particularly for niche and senior roles.
  • Manage agency relationships when required, including briefing, negotiation and performance management.
  • Drive improvements in time-to-hire and candidate experience by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Contribute to diversity-focused talent initiatives and help build long-term talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill profiles.
  • Share best practices within the team and support knowledge development across Talent and Learning where relevant.

You have the following skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, ideally combining both agency and in-house environments, bringing strong executional delivery as well as business partnering capability.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, international environment, able to prioritise effectively and maintain speed without compromising quality.
  • Strong direct sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter and structured talent mapping.
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging when needed.
  • Resilient, proactive and adaptable across diverse role types and shifting recruitment waves.
  • Excellent communication skills and full professional fluency in English.
  • Interest in sport, movement or sportswear is highly valued. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and AI-enabled sourcing tools is an advantage.
