We're looking for a Product Manager to help us weigh business value against development effort, prioritize our product roadmap for operational automations, and drive execution. You'll work in an agile environment and take ownership of the roadmap for our Product Squad.

What you'll achieve in your first year

  • Enable our clients to effortlessly plan, run, and capture data on globally blended learning programs — and translate those needs into a quarterly roadmap aligned with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prioritize products and features that deliver maximum value in line with Lepaya's growth and product strategy
  • Own the full product lifecycle — discovery, design, development, delivery, rollout, and maintenance — in close collaboration with Software Engineering and User Experience
  • Improve the experience for clients, learners, trainers, and fellow Lepayaans by monitoring feedback and metrics from our data platform
  • Turn complex operational processes into simple, automated workflows — using the latest technologies to reduce manual effort

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years as a B2B Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Hands-on experience automating and streamlining operational workflows and systems
  • Comfort managing technical challenges during the development process
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Solid understanding of agile processes and principles
  • Naturally curious, data-driven, and tech-savvy
  • Familiarity with LMSs and systems integrations is a plus

Why you’ll love this journey at Lepaya

  • A challenging role in a vibrant international scale-up
  • Our work-to-live scheme, which prioritizes health and wellbeing
  • Unlimited holidays and Lepaya Fridays – every other Friday, a day for yourself
  • Flexible hours and a hybrid working arrangement, we expect you to work from our office at least 2 days a week
  • Work from anywhere for 8 weeks/year
  • Access to Empowr, our well-being partner
  • Access to our Lepaya Academy to help you upskill
  • An internal hiring program to help you advance
