As a Global Product Manager, you will support the Category Director in shaping and executing the global category strategy across clusters and markets. You will play a key role in the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of Mediq Own Brands within the PPE category. As part of the global sourcing team, you will report directly to the Group Commercial Category Director.
In this position, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will take ownership of the PPE portfolio and product hierarchy, identify growth and margin opportunities across markets, and drive innovation and assortment optimization. By working closely with clusters, local markets, and cross-functional teams, you will help translate global strategy into practical, value-creating initiatives. The product development aspect of this role includes responsibility for regulatory-compliant development in line with Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and PPE certification requirements, with full support from the QA/RA department.
