As a Desk Manager at the Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam, you are responsible for overseeing the Front Office operations during your shift, ensuring the smooth execution of all reception-related tasks while actively participating in daily operations.
Your role includes supervising, training, and guiding new team members and interns, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
In addition to managing the team on duty, you will handle all administrative and financial responsibilities associated with the shift. You are also expected to perform all standard Front Office duties, including ensuring accurate check-in and check-out procedures in line with LQA standards, responding to guest inquiries, and managing telephone and email communications professionally.
We are seeking a service-oriented host who can warmly welcome our diverse, international guests and deliver a truly luxurious and memorable Anantara experience.
