Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

Ready to be the friendly tech hero everyone at HQ and our hotels relies on? As our IT Service Desk Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for any tech hiccups, helping our staff get back on track when systems or equipment act up. You’ll dive into tickets, troubleshoot issues, and learn the ins and outs of IT support in a vibrant, international environment. Along the way, you’ll pick up new skills, tackle real challenges, and grow your tech know-how. The team is supportive, cheerful, and always up for a laugh, so you’ll fit right in.

  • Assist with system setups, updates, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the team to solve problems efficiently
  • Keep your work organised and accurate, even when things get busy
  • Learn and grow your IT skills in real-world scenarios

  • You’re cheerful, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • You can think analytically and solve problems on the fly
