About the role

We’re looking for a strategic, technically fluent Product Manager to lead our Integrations squad. You’ll own the vision and delivery of integrations that connect FeedbackFruits with the broader edtech ecosystem, enabling seamless workflows for educators and institutions. In this role, you’ll set direction, define priorities, and work with engineers, design, and partners to deliver high-quality, reliable integrations that make a real impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for integrations, identifying opportunities that unlock user value and drive market expansion.
  • Lead discovery to uncover integration needs through user research, data analysis, and partner feedback, framing problems strategically before designing solutions.
  • Define clear priorities and MVPs that help us learn fast and deliver impact early.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to shape technically sound solutions, understanding integration architectures (LTI, APIs, SSO) to inform strategic trade-offs.
  • Communicate decisions clearly: setting context, documenting rationale, and aligning stakeholders across teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with integration partners while advocating for user experience and product vision.
  • Own outcomes measured through adoption, reliability, and user satisfaction—ship meaningful features regularly while protecting strategic focus.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to enhance discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency across the product development lifecycle.

What you bring:

  • Product management experience shipping technical B2B SaaS products with demonstrated success driving strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, or platform products; familiarity with LTI standards, LMS platforms, and SSO protocols preferred.
  • Strong product sense: you can identify real user problems, frame them strategically, and design solutions balancing user value with business impact.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and workflows (LLMs, automation tools, AI-assisted analysis) to accelerate discovery, synthesis, and documentation work.
  • Exceptional communication skills: you can simplify complex ideas and influence through clarity and logic.
  • Data-informed decision-making: comfortable defining metrics, analyzing usage, and validating hypotheses with data.
  • Strong prioritization discipline and bias toward shipping: you identify high-impact work, say "no" to low-value requests, and deliver results.
  • A balance of confidence and humility; comfortable taking ownership and learning quickly when things go wrong.

What you get:

  • 25 paid holidays per year
  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite)
  • A day off for your birthday
  • Advantageous pension scheme
  • 3 days of volunteering leave per year
  • €550 Learning & Development budget per year as well as 3 days paid leave for learning purposes
  • Travel allowance and Swapfiets subscription
  • Free access to office gym
  • Unlimited access to mental health support with OpenUp service (within the EU, US, and AUS)
