Head of Product Management - Boats

This is a remote position based in Europe. Frequent travel to our offices and operational sites will be required.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll create and execute our global growth strategy, scaling from 6 owned boats to a fleet of 50 through a hybrid owned and franchised model within five years.
• We'll rely on you to lead the P&L for owned operations while ensuring commercial success across all business models.
• Working closely with our Product Management Experiences team and local Operations, you'll design and continuously enhance the onboard experience, routes, and service standards.
• Maintaining comprehensive standard operating procedures will be essential to ensure safety, quality, and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout our fleet.
• In collaboration with local operations, you'll oversee the recruitment, training, and certification of captains and crew to deliver the premium TUI experience.
• Taking responsibility for fleet maintenance and vessel readiness across all owned bases, you'll ensure our boats consistently meet our high standards.

ABOUT YOU

• You bring proven leadership experience in marine operations, preferably within leisure, travel, or passenger fleet environments.
• Managing P&L and scaling multi-vessel or multi-site operations internationally comes naturally to you.
• Your deep understanding of maritime regulation, safety protocols, and crew management ensures our operations meet the highest standards.
• We're looking for someone with strong commercial acumen who can design, launch, and scale customer-facing products that delight our guests.
• Experience developing partnership or franchise models will help you build our network of trusted operators.
• Your hands-on, entrepreneurial approach enables you to move confidently from concept to execution in this dynamic role.
• Excellent negotiation skills and cross-cultural leadership abilities are essential as you'll work with diverse stakeholders across multiple markets.
• A willingness to travel extensively is necessary as you'll be overseeing operations across various locations.
