Head of Performance Management Luxe

To strengthen the position of Luxe within the rapidly growing and complex beauty landscape, we are looking for a Head of Performance Management. This role is part of the L’Oréal Luxe Division. At L'Oréal Luxe our portfolio is composed of 26 brands of which 17 are global brands, including major brands, highly-aspirational and multi-expert, such as Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent and Giorgio Armani. You will report into the Chief Marketing Officer, within the CMO team.

The role

Today, the Luxe market is experiencing a slow-down and as CMO Team we need to constantly find new ways to drive growth and market for the Luxe Division in the Benelux through touchpoint and audience optimization, with innovation and a future-fit mindset at heart. We will do this by maximizing Return on Investment and brand equity through data-driven optimizations of the consumer journey across all online and offline touchpoints. You will ensure our division has consumer centricity and ROI at heart, by providing latest insights in the relevant consumer journeys, the right investment strategies and ensuring business strategies will adapt these insights for short and long term ROI. By closely collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure insights lead to action and find new opportunities for growth through continued optimization and incrementalities for the Luxe Organization.

We are looking for:

  • A data savvy expert, who is also strong in storytelling
  • Someone who is strong in digital, media and offline performance management
  • Has proven capabilities in Business Intelligence, data analysis and visualization
  • Is familiar with consumer journey mapping and Consumer Lifetime Value Analytics
  • Strong in stakeholder management feeling confident in interacting with multiple communities in/outside loreal (eg marketing, sales, CDMO, agencies)
  • Self steering and an easy collaborator - managing up and down
  • Setting organization up for success by being able to zoom out for future optimalisation as well as willing to get hands dirty to drive innovation at the speed of light
  • Eager to drive innovation, test & learn and keep up with market trends

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Augmenting consumer knowledge around relevant audiences, incrementalities with defined consumer touchpoints and journeys by category/brand/audience partnering with CMI
  • Tracking and monitoring performance and ROI across all A&P investment through Rules of Engagement and Shopper Experience based on BetIQ, MMMs, touchpoint efficiency studies.
  • Closely liaising with Zone Team, Multi-div and other relevant stakeholders to align on defined objectives and strategy.
  • Supporting the Consumer Data Ecosystem (CCU) in collaboration with DDX teams.
  • Defining the analytics & KPI strategies of BNL Luxe Market
  • Act as a data driven voice in strategy meetings – using performance insights to improve consumer engagement tactics, offline tactics and media allocations
  • Ensure accurate data collection across online and offline channels for comprehensive analysis in strong partnership with corporate data team and charge of the data ecosystem.

Competencies & experiences:

  • Master Degree
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French pre
  • 5+ years of relevant experience on data performance management or equivalent through relevant business experience
  • Impeccable stakeholder management
  • Strong in storytelling to steer stakeholders from insights to action
  • Self-starter, data driven
  • Can bridge Business needs and Data requirements to bring relevant KPI tracking
  • Learning mindset, eager to test & learn and drive innovation
  • Data savvy, strong analytic skills
