Business Manager Imaging - Benelux

Your role:

  • Develop and execute the Imaging growth strategy and annual sales plan in alignment with European leadership.
  • Drive market share, order intake, sales, and profitability across the Imaging portfolio in the Benelux region.
  • Lead and develop the Zone Imaging team, including recruitment, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Activate and align the commercial organization to position and sell Imaging products, solutions, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer partnerships, negotiating contracts and resolving complex issues to maximize satisfaction and trust.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-modality to deliver integrated customer solutions and bundled value propositions.
  • Provide local market, customer, and competitor insights to support strategic planning and execution at the European level.
  • Localize and support the deployment of product content, marketing assets, and new product launches.
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met, contributing to accurate reporting and risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to P&L management, including pricing strategy, margin optimization, and inventory control.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 10 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, E-commerce, or Healthcare.
  • Proven people leadership experience, with ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams.
  • Strong background in Diagnostic Imaging within the Benelux region and deep product/portfolio expertise.
  • Advanced marketing and healthcare tech experience, including value proposition development.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
  • Certified LEAN Advanced; experienced in driving continuous improvement and problem-solving using LEAN methods.
  • Demonstrates Philips leadership behaviors: customer-first mindset, integrity, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong customer focus and market insight, with the ability to align teams around shared goals and strategies.
  • Excellent communicator in English, with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch language and knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Quality-first mindset and results-driven, with a track record of delivering outcomes.
