Are you passionate about payroll, HR systems, and process optimization? As a Payroll & Systems Specialist, you will be at the heart of our payroll operations and HR technology landscape. You’ll ensure the payroll for our stores and head offices in the Benelux runs smoothly, refine our systems, and support colleagues with complex HRIS challenges. If you enjoy structure but thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, this role is for you! 😊

Your key responsibilities:

Payroll & Compensation Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with our Payroll team and external partners.
  • Prepare and upload monthly mass payroll changes such as bonuses to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Implement collective labor agreement (CLA) changes and salary increases with the Data Specialist.
  • Continuously optimize payroll processes—because there’s always room for improvement!
  • Identify and eliminate payroll errors as part of an ongoing quality drive.

HR Systems:

  • Act as a key user for Workday and Quinyx—your colleagues will turn to you for answers.
  • Log and track system tickets, ensuring swift issue resolution.
  • Stay ahead of system updates and translate these into actionable insights for the team.
  • Configure templates, support data migrations, and help keep our HR tech stack in top shape.
  • Challenge and think along with your stakeholders when new initiatives are being suggested.
  • Think along and take ownership in how we can automate standard HR processes in our HR systems.

Position Management:

  • Ensure all position changes made by the Business Support Team are accurate and properly recorded.
  • Support yearly budgeting rounds to make sure approved positions are reflected in Workday.
  • Assist in strategic workforce planning initiatives.

Bring all of you

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who:

  • Communicates effectively and enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • Has around 2 / 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Is fluent in Dutch (this is a must-have)
  • Possesses strong project management skills and can juggle multiple priorities effortlessly.
  • Is experienced with Workday and Quinyx (or eager to become an expert!).
  • Loves solving problems and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Has an eye for detail and a structured approach to data and processes.
  • Can adapt to changing priorities and provide backup support where needed.

If you’re excited to take ownership of payroll processes, optimize HR systems, and contribute to a forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and let’s build something great together.
