Head of Pest Consultancy

Kiwa UK is looking for an experienced and driven leader to take on the role of Head of Kiwa Independent Pest Consultancy. This home-based position offers the opportunity to shape and execute a strategic growth plan, enhance market presence, and directly contribute to the company’s financial objectives. Overview:

• Be a Kiwa Ambassador, embodying ambition, reliability, and engagement.
• Provide strategic direction and hands-on management of the KIPC team, reporting to the Strategic Business Director.
• Develop and execute a growth-focused sales, business development and marketing strategy in collaboration with the Strategic Business Director and Marketing team.
• Ensure the team delivers exceptional service to customers and stakeholders.
• Optimise resource allocation and maintain clear role expectations for efficient service delivery.
• Build and lead a high-performing, customer-focused team, ensuring training, development, and succession planning.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L ownership, and financial performance, collaborating with finance for invoicing and cost management.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency, ensuring effective processes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Principal Technical Consultants on work allocation, scheduling, recruitment, retention, and mentoring.
• Drive a dynamic, results-oriented culture that supports innovation and maintains Kiwa’s industry leadership.

• Proven experience leading a service line, driving growth, and managing teams.
• Resilient, dynamic, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Ability to engage and influence colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Experience managing customers, employees, and shareholders expectations.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Budget management awareness with the ability to work to set targets.
• Proficient in IT tools, including Microsoft Office.
