DeltaQuad is a fast-growing Dutch UAV manufacturer with a global team and client base. Our UAVs, predominantly used for surveillance and mapping, reflect our pursuit of technological evolution and commitment to our customers. As our UAV popularity surges, the volume of our customer interactions does, too. This is where you come in.
Your role
As our technical support specialist, you will be the bridge between our technology and its users. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Your overarching goal? Ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes proactive communication, refining the customer journey, and meticulously documenting support operations. Given our international footprint, your communication prowess in English will be pivotal. Moreover, recognizing the nuances of different cultures and time zones will be key.
