As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for developing a solid understanding of the Enablon / CGE software functionality and you will be our subject-matter-expert regarding risk management topics and methods. You will be working closely with the sales team to respond to functional and technical requirements and present our solutions to ensure successful sales completion for existing and potential customers.

This role requires some travel, generally around 20%. You will be traveling to provide onsite demos, attend conferences or internal seminars.

What are your responsibilities as the Technology Sales Support Specialist?

  • Serve as technical and functional expert for Enablon / CGE solutions, the bowtie method, barrier thinking and other risk management topics
  • Support other departments (e.g. sales, marketing) to promote, sell and implement our solutions
  • Deliver demonstration presentations to clients and partners both remotely and on site for, often, large audiences
  • Conducting training in relevant risk management methodologies and software products
  • Delivering consultancy and providing implementation support at clients
  • Create proof-of-concept setups and guiding/overseeing pilot projects
  • Provide 2nd line product and method support to clients and partners
  • Create marketing content, such as blogs, whitepapers, brochures
  • Attend and represent Enablon / CGE at various industry events & conferences

What should you bring to Wolters Kluwer’s Enablon?

  • Education: Bachelor’s in a relevant field such as Process safety/ Chemical engineering
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Sales /Pre-Sales role in a Software/SaaS firm
  • Previous experience in delivering demonstrations, POCs and good understanding of the sales cycle
  • Previous exposure in the following fields is strongly preferred: Risk Management / Health & Safety / Barrier Management / Process Safety
  • Has a strong level of written and spoken English
  • Has excellent presentation skills
  • Is self-motivated and eager to learn
