TicketSwap has grown enormously in the past eleven years. TicketSwap now has more than 12 million registered users throughout the world. Our goal is to make buying and selling second-hand tickets safe, fair and easy.

Our Platform Operations team plays a pivotal role in achieving this goal, as their main points of focus are ensuring that fans can upload their tickets without hassle, ensuring that we prevent fraud from happening and ensuring that events are set up correctly on our platform. What you can expect from the work

  • You make sure events have the correct title, ticketing categories and price categories;
  • You add missing events and make sure the right information is being added;
  • You collect information about changes within events and/or cancellations so this information can be communicated to our users;
  • You make sure our users can only upload the right tickets, in the right event and ticketing categories;
  • You will go on a hunt for nice-looking and fitting imagery so our event and venue pages look top notch;
  • You will help colleagues from our Live Support and Aftercare team with questions from users they are not able to solve;
  • You keep an eye on our users and make sure that everyone sticks to the rules. Keeping our platform as safe and honest as possible is your bigger goal!

About you

  • You are a born perfectionist and enjoy bringing structure to your work;
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in additional languages is a significant advantage;
  • You are located in or near Amsterdam;
  • You are available for 24 - 32 hours per week. Working weekend shifts (one day per weekend) is part of this role. During weekdays, we have day shifts from 09:00 to 18:00 and evening shifts from and evening shifts from 12:00 to 21:00. During weekends we have shifts from 10:00 to 18:00;
  • You have a knack for grasping data effortlessly and can prioritise tasks based on it;
  • You have a keen interest in the event industry;
  • You thrive on making the ticketing market as honest and transparent as possible;
  • You are always one step ahead in solving problems and you are creative in doing so.
