Business unit Middle East Africa (MEA) within Royal Swinkels focuses on delivering sustainable growth in the MEA region. We are on an exciting growth journey across the region. While we are successfully moving from a more traditional export model to local production, we are relaunching our most successful malt brand (Bavaria Smalt) at the same time.

In this temporary role, you will be a key player responsible for building this renewed malt-based soft drink in the region. You set portfolio priorities and build our different brands in line with the brand strategy. For this position, we are looking for a business marketeer who speaks French.

What are you going to do?

  • Implement and carry out brand and business strategies within the MEA region.

  • Execute important local above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing efforts.

  • Manage new product and packaging initiatives, encompassing the collection of business case data and approval of designs.

  • Monitor and interpret consumer feedback and brand performance within the region to unearth prospects for expansion.

  • Foster and maintain solid partnerships with essential stakeholders both within and outside of the organization.

This is you

  • You live in the Netherlands or Belgium and can visit our office in Lieshout at least once per week.

  • You are fluent in French and English.

  • You are available for 7 months starting in June or July.

  • You take initiative, manage complex projects effectively and ideally bring some marketing experience.

  • Your ideal background includes FMCG or beverage industry work, or experience adapting global brand strategies to local markets.
