Talent Acquisition Intern

The next ride starts here:
As a Talent Acquisition intern you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team; the team responsible for Recruiting employees, employee experience, performance management and everything around the office, travel and events.

How you pedal us forward:

• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to hiring;

• Assisting with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases;

• Screening applications and coordinating interview processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates;

• Contributing to talent engagement initiatives, including intern programs and candidate experience activities;

• Contributing ideas to improve recruitment strategies, tools, and processes;

• Supporting the transition and optimization of recruitment tools and people-related platforms to enhance user experience;

• Partnering with hiring teams to understand role requirements and attract top talent;

The gear you need:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;

• Available to work full-time (40 hours);

• Ready to start in the beginning of April for 6 months;

• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;

• Proactive, creative, and comfortable thinking outside the box to attract and engage talent;

• Fluent in English (written and spoken);

• Living in the Amsterdam area or willing to commute (please note that Swapfiets does not offer travel compensation for interns);

• Affinity and/or experience with Recruitment or Talent acquisition is a plus;

• Eager to learn, and ready to take ownership in a dynamic environment!
