What you'll do

You’ll join our Organization Effectiveness team of eight and collaborate closely with leaders and teams across bol, improving the organization every day to maximize our impact at scale. Reporting to the Head of Organization Effectiveness (within People & Organisation Performance), you’ll be the expert shaping the future of our dynamic, fast-paced organization—working hands-on with the business to design, implement and roll out new operating model solutions that directly support our transformation and growth. No two days look the same—and that’s exactly how we like it. Key responsibilities:

  • Turn insight into impact: Use data-driven prioritization and sharp diagnostics to pinpoint where organizational change matters most, guiding leaders toward the few strategic interventions that generate real business impact.
  • Shape how bol operates: Design clear, strategic and scalable operating model choices—across org design, roles, ways of working and behaviors—that balance autonomy with alignment and enable teams to perform at their best.
  • Make change real: Partner with the business to bring solutions and behavioral change to life through co-creation, experiments and fast feedback, ensuring new ways of working genuinely stick.
  • Evolve the organization at scale: Continuously spot friction, learn fast and refine how we work as bol grows—keeping the organization effective, adaptable and future-ready.
  • Connect people, teams and strategy: Act as a trusted bridge between leaders, teams and People&, aligning perspectives and turning insights into practical solutions that move bol’s operating model forward.
  • Bring clarity to careers and roles: Shape bol’s work and career architecture—from talent language to job grading—creating transparency, fairness and consistency as the organization grows and evolves.
  • Influence senior stakeholders: Challenge perspectives and work with senior leaders to cut through organizational complexity and create shared clarity on operating model solutions that make most impact.

As part of People & Organization Performance, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping teams to maximize their impact. At a retail tech platform where 2,900 colleagues serve 13.7 million customers and 47,000 partners, you’ll profoundly influence how we scale and evolve.
