About the job

Our specialised nutrition portfolio offers science-based solutions designed to positively impact infants in early life and patients in the most critical stages of life: frailty, malnutrition, cancer… We are looking for a talented Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic Global marketing team to transform SN packaging & format solutions

The ideal candidate is a people centric leader that can drive teams towards a common delivery agenda with strong quality of execution and always putting the people we serve at the heart.

Your key responsibilities are the following:

  • BRwAND BUILDING: you will have the opportunity to work on some of our global brands driving for stronger brand distinctiveness through pack, meaningful formats and ultimately delivering growth through packaging transformation.
  • CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: you will be connected with local markets and multi-disciplinary teams (user-experience, strategy & insights, research and innovation, procurement, operations etc…)
  • SUSTAINABILITY: you will be a key enabler to helping Danone progress on its Impact Journey delivering innovations/renovations that not only reduce plastic and improve recyclability but also step change user-experience.
  • MARKET RESEARCH & ANALYSIS: you will identify market trends, analyse the competitive environment and work closely with the UX and S&I teams to set the right consumer and HCP studies to ensure packaging innovations meet the needs of the people we serve and create competitive advantage in market.

About you

  • Masters degree in related field.
  • Over 8 years experience in brand and product management, with a strong focus on innovation and portfolio management.
  • Strong business acumen and passion for value creation: for patients, their carers, the planet and business.
  • Fluent in English and you are 100% comfortable in an international background. Global experience preferred.
  • Important behaviours: Be accountable, Walk the talk and Keep it Simple.
  • Organization, autonomy and proactive project management.
  • Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.
