What will you do?

As a Medior Data & Analytics Consultant, you are the driving force behind data solutions for our clients. You’re not only the expert within the Google ecosystem, but also the advisor who solves complex data challenges from A to Z. You take ownership of your projects and actively contribute to raising our level of data maturity — both internally and externally.

  • Strategic advice & complex solutions: You act as a sparring partner for clients and colleagues, providing proactive advice and independently solving complex data implementation and analysis challenges. This goes beyond support — you advise on the best long-term approach.
  • Translating insights into action: You present your findings to clients and colleagues, translating technical analyses into clear, commercial recommendations. You think along about optimizing marketing and business processes.
  • Proactive quality assurance: You are responsible for the reliability and consistency of all data. You define quality standards, conduct audits, and implement structural improvements in clients’ data architecture.
  • Process optimization & innovation: You play a key role in driving internal improvements. You identify bottlenecks and implement smart automation and AI applications to make our processes more efficient and scalable. You actively share your knowledge with the team.
  • Advanced data analysis & reporting: You conduct complex data analyses in tools such as BigQuery and Spreadsheets to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks. You develop and maintain clear, high-impact dashboards and reports (including Looker Studio) that provide insight into business performance.
  • Project ownership: You manage your own portfolio of projects and clients.

Who are we looking for?

You’re an experienced specialist who effortlessly translates technical complexity into clear business language. You work in a structured way, see the bigger picture, and aren’t afraid to make decisions. In addition:

  • You have 2–4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • You communicate confidently at different levels: from discussing technical implementations with developers to aligning on KPIs with marketing managers.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the Google ecosystem: GA4, Google Tag Manager (server-side is a plus), Looker Studio, and BigQuery hold few secrets for you.
  • You have experience with (or a strong interest in) automating data processes using SQL and/or Python.
  • You take initiative to elevate the way we work.
  • You think proactively about improving processes, for example through automation or smart tools such as AI.
