Corporate Recruitment Partner (FTC)

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Corporate Recruitment Partner (FTC) to support Support Office recruitment across Europe during a critical phase of organizational change.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a recruitment specialist who thrives in multi-country, high-volume environments and enjoys partnering closely with leaders. You will directly influence how the future organisation of MVH Europe is built with a strong focus on Finance — from core finance roles to senior leadership positions.

If you enjoy autonomy, pace, and complexity — and know how to deliver results even when structures are still being shaped — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

This role has a strong focus on Support Office recruitment, with particular emphasis on Finance roles across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through offer and hiring.
  • Deliver recruitment across multiple locations and countries in a high-volume environment.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing guidance on role definition, sourcing strategy, and selection.
  • Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using direct search, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
  • Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and smooth candidate journeys.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Support offer management in partnership with P&O, including alignment on compensation and start dates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, pipelines, and documentation in Workday.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and contribute insights to improve speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team on cross-functional hiring initiatives and projects.

Summary of the Role:

  • Department: P&O
  • Reports To: Director Talent Acquisition
  • Languages: Fluent English required (additional languages are a strong advantage).

Essential Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment within large, multi-country organisations.
  • Strong, demonstrable experience recruiting roles within Support Office environments including Finance.
  • Proven track record recruiting across Central Europe, managing multiple countries and stakeholders.
  • Experience handling volume recruitment in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Comfortable operating within an evolving structure, able to create clarity and momentum independently.
  • Fluent professional English (additional languages are a strong advantage).

Key Competencies:

  • Customer Focus
  • Collaboration
  • Action-Oriented & Results-Driven
  • Effective Communication
  • Change Management

Our offer:

  • The opportunity to join a purpose-driven organization shaping the future of veterinary care.
  • A competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A stimulating, international work environment with strong development opportunities.
  • Freedom to take ownership and make a real impact.
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model.
  • Learning and development opportunities across Mars.
  • And yes — the chance to occasionally cuddle our four-legged colleagues in the office 🐾
