Prioticket is hiring a Project Manager – Partner Integrations.
At Prioticket, we're not your average Travel Technology company. We believe in challenging the norm, celebrating every win, growing sustainably, and making decisions that are both bold and mindful. Prioticket is a leading provider of innovative B2B and B2C solutions in the travel industry, powering seamless distribution and connectivity for attractions and partners worldwide. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive, hands-on Project Manager to take ownership of partner integration projects and bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to an area with massive impact on our business and customer experience.
Why Join Us?
At Prioticket, you’ll join a team that values impact, ownership, and continuous improvement. We move fast, learn as we go, and support each other along the way. This is a role where you won’t just run projects, you’ll build processes, define best practices, and leave a lasting mark on how we work with partners.
About the Role
A Project Manager at Prioticket is the central point of ownership for new projects with existing partners, particularly around API integrations, certifications, feature enablement and gap analysis. This is a customer-facing role that also operates deep within the organization, acting as the link between API teams, development, customer success, onboarding, and external partners. You will take charge of projects and create structure. Success in this role requires proactivity, curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to move things forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
🤝 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of partner integration and API-related projects, from kickoff to go-live
- Act as the main point of contact for partners during project execution
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (API, Product, Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations) to ensure alignment and progress
- Manage that certification processes, API integrations, and feature rollouts are completed and followed up
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early — and actively work to resolve them
- Create and maintain clear documentation, process maps, and internal playbooks
- Design and implement internal processes to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and scale project delivery
- Prioritize tasks and projects based on business impact and customer value
- Proactively communicate with partners and stakeholders to drive momentum and clarity
- Continuously look for ways to improve delivery speed, quality, and the overall customer experience
🌟 What Success Looks Like
- Smooth & On-Time Project Delivery: Partner projects move forward efficiently with clear ownership and minimal delays
- Improved Internal Processes: Well-documented, scalable processes that reduce friction and uncertainty
- Strong Partner Experience: Partners feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the integration journey
- Cross-Team Alignment: Internal teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement: Processes and workflows are regularly reviewed and optimized based on learnings and impact
🙋 What We Are Looking For

- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals (planning, prioritization, risk management)
- Excellent communication skills (English), both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, self-starting mindset. You take ownership and take action.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail
- Comfortable working in environments where processes are still being built
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
🙋 Bonus Points if you have
- Experience in travel tech, tourism, SaaS, or platform-based businesses
- Hands-on knowledge of API connectivity, integrations, or certification processes
- Experience creating internal documentation or process frameworks
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, HubSpot or similar project management software
