In this role, you will support financial decision‑making within the Sales&Operations Planning process by integrating Go‑to‑Market and Manufacturing priorities while optimizing RFC profit and inventory. As a true business partner to the Planning Lead, you help strike the right balance between cost, cash and service performance—ensuring decisions are grounded in strong financial insight and forward‑looking analysis.

• Salary between €4,500 and €6,300 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);

• Financially support scenario analyses and valorization decisions within the S&OP process
• Create end‑to‑end transparency on S&OP decisions—translating variable cost drivers and valorization assumptions into impacts on GtM profitability, capacity results and inventory levels
• Shift the S&OP process from volume‑driven to value‑driven by providing financial departments with relevant datasets for accurate financial outlooks
• Support automation projects and tool development by linking insights from both Finance and Planning
• Perform inventory analysis through value bridges and ISCT inventory days reporting
• Deliver a reliable global inventory outlook
• Develop and drive improvement plans to lower inventory levels (Performance+ Program)
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize current ways of working
• Constructively challenge and support the Planning team to elevate overall performance

You will be part of the Global Plan & Deliver Finance department (11 FTE), within the S&OP Controlling team (4 FTE). Together, we safeguard the financial integrity of the S&OP process and lead inventory controlling for the organization.
