Would you like to help our (potential) members with all their questions? We have several platforms for our members where they can contact us, including live chat on our website, social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, complaint sites, and email.

What exactly will you do as a Customer Support agent?

  • You will be available to anyone who has a question or a complaint.
  • You will have the freedom to think up out-of-the-box ideas to answer questions and resolve complaints.

Our organization is internationally oriented and rapidly growing, where hard work and a friendly, pleasant work atmosphere are central. Taking initiative and coming up with ideas is appreciated and encouraged. The main language in our office is English, but Dutch, French, German, and Spanish are also spoken, so you will experience many different cultures.

  • You are customer-friendly and service-oriented.
  • You think out of the box to come up with a solution.
  • You have empathy and are stress-resistant.
  • You have a positive and professional attitude.
  • You are flexible to work Monday–Saturday.
  • You speak and write German and English.
  • Dutch, French, or Spanish are a plus.
