Role: Senior Reward Partner

About the team

The Reward team is an international team of three, part of our wider People Team, working to support colleagues across all Mambu locations in all elements of Reward including base and variable compensation, benefits, wellbeing and equity. This role will report to the Director, Reward. We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded Senior Reward Partner to shape and support Reward activities at Mambu. This hands-on role will have a global remit and will offer variety and opportunity for professional growth as well as the space to create and innovate.

What you’ll do

  • Salary Review: Oversee the administration of the cyclical salary and compensation review process.
  • Variable Compensation: Own our variable compensation schemes, including sales compensation plans, working closely with key stakeholders to monitor and update as needed.
  • Recognition: Lead our financial and non-financial recognition programs.
  • Benefits & Wellbeing: Drive Mambu’s wellbeing initiatives and provide support as needed to colleagues for benefits management.
  • Equity: Manage the administration of our employee equity scheme, including maintenance of our equity management platform.
  • Project Support: Provide Reward-related support for recurring and ad hoc projects as directed.

What you’ll bring

  • Global Reward Management: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience managing global compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, variable pay, recognition, and equity administration.
  • International Compliance: Proven success in a multinational company structure, managing programs across diverse countries and regulatory environments.
  • Data Analysis: Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets preferred) with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data and cost models.
  • Influence & Communication: Excellent influencing skills to present complex information clearly to all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environment, ideally within a private technology company.
  • Preferred Expertise: Experience with HR/Reward project management, SAP SuccessFactors and managing sales compensation.
