To support this, we are looking for an experienced Digital Performance Marketeer who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution and understands the growing impact of AI in performance marketing.

As Digital Performance Marketeer within the central team, you are responsible for creating measurable business impact through performance marketing. You act as the SEO/SEA expert within the marketing centre of excellence.

You develop the performance marketing strategy and translate business objectives into a clear roadmap for execution across both central and local teams to drive alignment across international markets.

Working closely with local marketers, central specialists, and external agencies, you ensure strong execution and consistent performance improvements across countries.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and implement the international performance marketing strategy (SEO/SEA), supported by a clear roadmap and action plan.
  • Act as a key stakeholder within the organisation, translating data into actionable insights for senior management and board-level reporting.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across markets, ensuring adoption of standard ways of working and best practices.
  • Coordinate and optimise international paid campaigns across channels; analyse performance data and continuously optimise bids, budgets, keywords, targeting, and conversion outcomes.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO initiatives including keyword strategy, link building, and Google Business Profile optimisation.
  • Steer and manage performance marketing agencies and tools, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and governance.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, or Communication.
  • 5–7 years of experience in SEO/SEA and digital performance marketing in an international environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-country campaigns and working with agencies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Ahrefs, SeoClarity, and Yext is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English.
