Als Customer Data Quality Coordinator bij het Customer & Digital Data Management Office speel je een sleutelrol in het ontwikkelen van een data-driven cultuur binnen NN. In deze functie ligt je primaire focus op het vergroten van de waarde van klantdata binnen verschillende Business Units. Je helpt klantdata te verbeteren en te ontsluiten, zodat inzichten worden omgezet in acties die de business vooruithelpen. Als je graag data inzet om strategische besluitvorming te beïnvloeden en een klantgerichte aanpak te versterken, dan is dit een rol waarin je impact kunt maken.

What you are going to do

  • Monitor our customer data quality and identify issues
  • Guide and monitor the issue resolution process
  • Prioritize and maintain the data quality backlog
  • Direct DQ improvement and DQ issue prevention initiatives
  • Closely work together with Data Stewards throughout the whole organization
  • Create and maintain oversight on all data flows within our department
  • Analyze and coordinate data quality improvements
  • Contribute to future improvements regarding customer data management

Who you are

You are a data enthusiast, passionate about data quality and data management. You have a strong analytical mind, focus on processes, and can translate complex data issues into clear and actionable solutions. You are a proactive and collaborative team player, who communicates effectively with various stakeholders and influences them positively. You are flexible and adaptable, able to cope with changing priorities and deadlines. You also enjoy monitoring and safeguarding data quality and compliance, ensuring standards are consistently met. Furthermore, you have:

  • A relevant academic degree, with a focus on Data Science, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience with data quality and functional data analysis in a large and complex organization
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Organized in your way of working
  • Enjoy working with a large amount of stakeholders
  • Preferably experience in larger organizations
  • Skilled in leading meetings, guiding discussions and co-creation
  • Affinity with monitoring and controlling data quality and compliance processes

Who you will work with

You will be joining the Customer Data Management Office within the Data department of Customer & Digital. The Data Office consists of 14 colleagues who all aim to improve data quality, data management and collaboration within and between Business Units. The DMO also maintains the data analytics platform for customer data. The team tackles all kind of data topics where reaching our goals together is the norm.

The Data office team thrives on collaboration, often working together to brainstorm ideas and tackle challenges. However, we also value individual initiative and encourage each team member to bring their unique perspectives and skills to the table. This balance of teamwork and autonomy creates a atmosphere where everyone can contribute to our shared goals while enjoying the journey together.
