How you create impact

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations and selling rates for Project Logistics opportunities.
• Source, manage, and negotiate supplier costs to support competitive pricing solutions.
• Act as the central pricing point of contact for the Project Logistics network.
• Collaborate with Business Units and pricing teams to align rates and maximize consolidation opportunities.
• Liaise with Customer Excellence and tender stakeholders to clarify requirements and support commercial activities.
• Ensure structured handover of awarded business to Operations and Customer Excellence teams.
• Track, analyze, and report quote performance, including wins, losses, and margin development.
• Ensure all quotes are logged correctly, completely, and on time in relevant systems.

What we would like you to bring

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or project logistics pricing/procurement roles.
• Solid understanding of air, sea, charter, and multimodal transport solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess costs and margins.
• Experience working with suppliers and internal pricing or commercial teams.
• High attention to detail and a strong data quality mindset.
• Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate quote performance and profitability.
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style.
• Good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
