About the role

In this senior position, you will have final responsibility for strategic and complex tenders and bids. Together with stakeholders, you will determine the winning strategy, manage the process, and have final responsibility for the quality of proposals.

You will act as a sparring partner for sales and management and play an active role in the further development of the tender team and the tender process.

What are you going to do?

• Leading strategic and complex procurements and tenders
• Developing and facilitating winning strategy sessions
• Coaching and challenging colleagues within Bids & Tenders
• Monitoring quality, consistency, and commercial acumen
• Initiating and implementing process improvements

• Extensive experience with tenders and tender strategy
• Strong strategic and commercial insight
• Leadership and persuasiveness
• Ability to engage teams and stakeholders
