To meet these challenges, AOT's customers need a partner that can help them rapidly bring to market innovative and accelerating solutions that have an immediate and differentiating impact on the experience provided to their customer or employees.

This is what you’ll do

As part of an international team, you work from our office in Amsterdam on state-of-the-art digital solutions for our clients. The main task of the AOT consists of unburdening colleagues in the field of software. This means that in this role, you'll provide advisory services during the development process of digital solutions. Once these solutions have been developed, you'll take over the responsibility of maintaining and scaling them to meet the growing needs of our clients. All this with the aim of quickly delivering innovative digital products without compromising quality. You’ll play a big role in:

• Understanding the client's problem
• Defining the requirements, and develop the product vision & roadmap
• Align on design, planning and budget
• Partnering with your scrum team and the internal supporting teams to deliver solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation
• Communicate often and early about decisions, impediments and progress
• Ensuring the work delivered meets quality standards, as well as the needs of the clients
• Maintain and scale the build solutions beyond MVP

We would love to hear from you if you meet most of the following expectations:

• You have a Masters degree
• You have excellent spoken and written proficiency in Dutch and English
• You have working experience in, or affinity with, Product Management or Digital Project Management. Experience working in consulting is preferred
• You have a good understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
• You enjoy discovering client problems and needs, and translating these into products or features
• You are a sparring partner for our client teams, as well as our developers
• You stand your ground in conversations with stakeholders from all backgrounds and seniority levels
• You thrive in giving presentations and product demonstrations to a large group
