What you'll do

As an Associate, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, in a supportive, team-based environment where no two days are the same. You’ll join client teams early on, not only structuring and performing analyses, but also collaborating closely on real-world transformations. You won’t be expected to know everything upfront – we value curiosity, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. These experiences, combined with ongoing mentorship from Managers, Partners, and clients, offer a wide range of learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Recent graduates of a master’s program

• Strong academic track record. Dutch students must have completed their VWO

• Experience and/or interest in business, operations, start-ups, e-commerce, innovation, IT, AI, or sustainability is a plus

• Analytical thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset

• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a passion for making a difference / change
