Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by leading the Apparel & Accessories supply planning team to transform demand forecasts into actionable supply plans across the EMEA Market. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the entire supply process whilst ensuring optimal inventory management and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to deliver excellence in procurement and delivery operations.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Execute the end-to-end supply process for the product categories of Apparel & Accessories from planning through to purchase order creation for all trade products across the EMEA Market.
• Configure and utilise the A3 planning tool to translate demand plans into strategic buying decisions whilst considering operational constraints.
• Supervise and develop supply planning team members whilst driving continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
• Maintain daily communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration and smooth operation of supply chain activities.
• Track and manage outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.
• Monitor vendor On-Time-In-Full delivery performance to maintain high service levels and identify areas for supplier development.
• Optimise inventory levels through strategic stock rebalancing activities and comprehensive reporting analysis.

You have the following skills:

• Proficiency in SAP, TIA-A3, and Qlik Sense systems.
• Strong understanding of demand, supply, and production processes.
• Excellent numeracy and organisational abilities.
• Strong English communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning.
