As a Growth Consultant you are successful because you:

  • Steer strategic innovation initiatives with a customer-centric perspective and end-result focus, championing a growth-mindset amongst peers and stakeholders;
  • Manage innovation projects and initiatives, working with colleagues and coordinating involvement of 3rd parties;
  • Provide implementation support in the execution of transformation and innovation projects within the Consumer Market organization;
  • Grow the innovation capacity within the consumer market teams, enabling teams to use innovation methodologies in the development and validation of new concepts and propositions;
  • Bring entrepreneurial energy to the consumer market team, being action-oriented, challenging the status-quo in striving to create customer & business benefits.

This is an ideal role for a consulting‑exit: You’re used to operating in complex environments and know how to influence the right stakeholders to move ideas forward. You will become part of the Customer Growth & Change organization within Consumer Markets, reporting to the Director Growth & Investment. This cross-functional team focuses on increasing relevance and revenue by strengthening differentiated core propositions and developing new business. In this role, you combine strategic thinking with tangible impact through close collaboration with colleagues across CM, including Customer Value & Proposition and Customer Digital Innovation - the business owners you’ll help generate future revenue streams for.

What you bring

  • A growth-mindset & championing data-led decisions which are right for the customer and right for the business;
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role displaying strong customer-centric skills in commercial, innovation or strategic functions, preferably in a B2C domain;
  • Background in strategy and/or business consultancy;
  • Strong influencing and persuasion amongst peers and stakeholders;
  • Analytical skills to interpret various data sources and deliver clear conclusions;
  • Conceptual skills to visualize customer needs for designing and modelling strategic scenarios.

What’s in it for you?

  • A gross monthly salary ranging from at least €6,576 to a maximum of €10,389, depending on your work experience, based on a 40-hour work week, excluding 8% vacation allowance;
  • A guaranteed 13th month’s salary, with part paid out monthly and the remainder in January of the following year. Or, you can use it for a FLEX & BOOST goal of your choice!
  • An annual individual and collective salary increase according to our CAO (collective labor agreement);
  • €1,500 per year in a personal development budget that you can use at your discretion for things like training, coaching, and courses (also to be used for school tuition);

  • Outstanding pension plan: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary, with KPN contributing 16% and you contributing 7%.
