Project Manager - AI

We are seeking a skilled AI Project Manager to lead the development, implementation, and governance of AI initiatives. In this role, you will oversee AI projects from inception to deployment, drive organizational adoption of AI technologies, and ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and governance standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of bridging technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end project management for AI initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, using methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, engineers, and business units) to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Drive AI adoption across the organization by developing training programs, change management strategies, and pilot projects to integrate AI tools into workflows.
• Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, including risk assessments, ethical guidelines, data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and bias mitigation protocols.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct stakeholder communications, including progress reports, demos, and feedback sessions to build buy-in and address concerns.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends to recommend improvements or new opportunities for innovation.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for AI tools and platforms.

What you’ll need

• 4+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.
• Proven track record in leading AI adoption and governance in enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and governance best practices (e.g., AI ethics frameworks).
• Certification in project management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
