Tribe Business Lending (TBL) is responsible for product management, customer journeys, and IT delivery of financing products in the business segment. In the Dutch market, TBL ensures compliance with laws and regulations, manages credit risks, and oversees ownership of business lending data and risk models. As part of the Value Chain Business Lending, the tribe plays a crucial role in the strategic goals of Rabobank. Business Lending has a major transformation mission to make the customer- and employee journeys simpler, faster, and more efficient, while managing a large and complex stakeholder field and a highly interdependent system landscape.

You & Your Role

As Lead Insights & Analytics, part of the Area Data & Modelling, you are responsible for the delivery of data-driven insights and intelligent (Gen)AI solutions that drive operational excellence across the journeys.

• Responsible for the Sub-area vision and strategy, and roadmap for data products, insights and (Gen)AI solutions
• Accelerate value realization through improved adoption and integration of actionable insights
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the lending value chain
• Lead the ongoing transition of our on-premise information factory to a scalable, cloud-based environment, enabling future-proof insights
• Stakeholder alignment (Tribe Business Lending, SVP, CDAO, GenAI Acceleration Office, Tribe Credit Core, Tribe Data Foundation, CFO) to manage cross-area dependencies

As Lead, you are lead of the sub-area Insights & Analytics, part of the Area Data & Modelling. The Area delivers reliable data and models that form the foundation for automated customer journeys and effective risk management.

You will lead a team of 14 fte, consisting of data scientists, data analysts, and product managers data, some of whom also have the role of product owner.

You and your talent

• 5+ years of experience working with data in a banking or financial services environment, including areas like data insights, AI-driven solutions, innovation, and analytics
• 3+ years of leadership experience in the field of data & analytics, with proven accountability for delivery and people performance
• Customer-centric mindset, focused on creating value
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, and proven experience applying them in practice
• You foster collaboration and create strong connections across teams and stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, at a professional business level
• Academic level working and thinking ability
