About the role: What's in the Box

In 2026, we’re building our best product yet: bigger menus, exciting ingredients, and unique flavors. To realize this vision, we need a Senior Strategy Analyst with a focus on Customer Retention & Product Improvement for our Benelux Strategy & Analytics team in Amsterdam.

You won't just manage projects; you’ll connect the dots between strategy, data, and execution, leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to A-Z delivery at scale. This role is defined by variety: you might spend one day deep-diving into customer retention data, the next coordinating a cross-functional product rollout across Culinary, Menu Planning and Ops, and the third presenting a monetization strategy to the CEO.

What you’ll do: The Recipe

  • Analyze large datasets to understand customer behavior, focusing on meal choice preferences and retention/churn drivers
  • Develop assumption-based scenario models and business cases to validate opportunities
  • Establish systematic evaluation frameworks for pilots to ensure we iterate strategy based on concrete learnings
  • Develop and own upselling and monetization frameworks to increase customer lifetime value
  • Conduct analytical deep-dives into performance data to diagnose issues and drive actionable improvement plans
  • Translate complex analytical findings into convincing recommendations for diverse stakeholders, including leadership

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

You are a structured, quantitative problem-solver who uses data to drive decisions. You are an independent project management powerhouse who thrives in fast-paced environments and has the grit to drive complex projects to completion.

  • Experience: 3+ years in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Business/Data Analytics with a heavy focus on using data to create insights & recommendations
  • Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to perform deep-dive analysis into large datasets. Strong Excel/Google Sheets and (interest in learning) SQL skills mandatory; Python or advanced analytics a significant plus
  • Project Management: Project management skills, able to align stakeholders and “get things done”
  • Communication Skills: A highly effective communicator capable of simplifying complex constraints into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
  • Education: University Bachelor degree minimum (quantitative/business studies preferred)
  • Language: English proficiency
  • A Big Plus: Working experience in a business-to-consumer company and a genuine passion for food and product innovation
