Thuisbezorgd.nl is professionalising its logistics service by improving efficiency, strengthening scalability and elevating the courier experience. As logistics becomes a major driver of future growth, this role offers a unique opportunity to help mature our operational model and enable us to capture a larger share of the market.

As a Project Manager for Delivery Operations, you’ll lead operational projects that impact our entire logistics function. You’ll work with HR, Product, Health & Safety, Finance, Local Operations, Suppliers and more to deliver improvements to our logistics model. We’re looking for someone who can live our values of lead, deliver and care, challenge the status quo and drive the Thuisbezorgd.nl vision forward.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, impact and cross-functional coordination.
• Build and execute project plans, business cases and implementation frameworks with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive project rollouts, ensuring alignment, communication and collaboration across involved teams.
• Identify interdependencies, risks and blockers early and propose effective, scalable solutions.
• Use and maintain project management tools, processes and methodologies to support consistent execution.
• Support business owners in shaping ideas into structured project setups to ensure successful implementation.
• Track and quantify project performance using business, operational and financial metrics.

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years of experience delivering projects, ideally within an operational or logistics-focused environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust and supporting cross-functional success.
• Clear and effective communication, adapting style and channel to the audience and situation.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, balancing multiple workstreams with focus and discipline.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to execute quickly, dive into details and maintain momentum.
• Ability to quickly understand our business model and apply sound judgement independently.
• A self-starting attitude, thriving in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
