Digital Project Manager - Wind

In this role, you will lead and coordinate projects that support our mission to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous improvements across our organization. As we are growing, we are looking for an additional member to help us deliver exciting projects within the fields of Operation Technology (OT) anchored in SCADA, all enabling the path towards a fossil-free future.

You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders from various backgrounds and locations, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution. In addition, you will be working closely with maintenance and operations teams to optimize the handover of the projects, always with focus on asset security, efficiency, performance, reliability, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and refine project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources – transparency being key.
• Coordinate and act as the bridge between the engineering product team and internal & external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and swift resolution of technical issues for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, and manage all project deliverables including quality and EHS compliance, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints, plus capturing lessons learned.
• Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Ensure business success and customer satisfaction through professional project and stakeholder management while always maximizing value creation – a ‘win-win’ mentality.
• Consistently contribute to internal process and team improvement initiatives within the SCADA Project Management team.

Your profile / Who are you?

• Educated in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering as well as Project/Package Management disciplines.
• Senior experience with automation and control systems and data pipelines, preferably within the energy sector.
• Relevant work experience and competencies within a combination of onshore & offshore technology, high voltage electrical systems and construction projects. OT & IT technical project/program management skills from the Wind, BESS, or PV industry would be an advantage.
• Knowledge & experience with design, specification, configuration, and testing of OT & IT.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate well with teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive, agile approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
• A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Eager to learn about new technologies and different business domains within renewable energy.
• Ability to thrive and perform in a complex and diverse organizational set-up.
• As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently.
