Share your talents

We are hiring for two specialized tracks within the People Tech team. Candidates can indicate which track they are most interested in, or opt to be considered for both. The application process is unified, and you will be evaluated for the track that best fits your experience and interests.

Both roles involve managing business requirements, collaborating with HR stakeholders and technical teams, supporting process improvements, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to testing and implementation of solutions. You will help optimize HR systems, improve processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes across the employee lifecycle.

MEET THE TEAM

You will join the People Tech team, a close-knit group of 10 professionals. The team focuses on driving impactful HR technology initiatives, collaborating across business and technical areas, and continuously improving the employee experience through innovative solutions. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive environment where everyone contributes to making a real difference for the organization.

Track 1: Core HR & Workday Focus

In this track, you will manage incidents and change requests across Workday Core HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Extend, and Reporting modules. You will support audits, mass data uploads, and configuration changes, ensuring data integrity and system performance. You will also help design, optimize, and document global and local HR processes, aligning with Workday best practices and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming Workday incidents and change requests
  • Support data analysis, audits, and mass data uploads
  • Test new functionality, assess system impacts, and support releases
  • Support the design and documentation of HR processes and Workday configurations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and automate processes
  • Maintain documentation for process maps, configurations, and integrations

Track 2: Recruitment Domain Focus

In this track, you will focus on end-to-end Recruitment processes, analyzing master and transactional data, mapping data flows, and identifying process inefficiencies. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to optimize recruitment systems, improve data quality, and strengthen the entire Recruit-to-Hire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and analysis documentation
  • Map end-to-end recruitment data flows and identify gaps or inconsistencies
  • Analyze HR processes and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Support process improvements and validate solutions before rollout
  • Engage with stakeholders to translate needs into system enhancements

Bring all of you

We are looking for detail-oriented, analytical professionals who enjoy working with HR systems, complex processes, and data structures. You take ownership, thrive in a dynamic environment, and bring clarity to intricate business and system interactions.

Must-haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, HR systems, or related fields
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methods and process documentation
  • Experience with Workday (Track 1: Core HR & Workday Focus) and experience with Recruiting systems (Track 2: ATS, CMS, Workday Recruiting)
  • Ability to translate between business needs and functional requirements
  • Technical affinity with enterprise systems, integrations, and data management
  • Ability to drive decisions using data and process insights

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in an international, fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative and proactive working style
