As Senior Category Manager Beauty, you take the lead in executing the sourcing strategy for Beauty packaging and formulations. This key role ensures we have the right suppliers, innovation capabilities, capacity, and cost structure to fuel Rituals’ growth. You will own the Beauty category end-to-end, collaborating closely with Innovation, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and our suppliers to accelerate innovation while securing quality and operational excellence. You will lead a team of three Buyers and report to the Head of Sourcing Cosmetics.
