As an HR Specialist in our Global Service Center, you’ll be the go-to support partner for our international HR Operations community. Every day, you’ll help colleagues in our local HR Operations teams navigate our core HR system, Workday, and its related processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate and consistent HR service delivery across all our markets. With your hands-on mentality and strong service mindset, you’ll make a real impact, both at our Head Office in Amsterdam and across our global HR Operations teams.
If you love HR processes, enjoy helping others, building international relationships, and solving issues that truly matter, this role is for you. This position is perfect for someone with solid analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced, international environment.
You’ll work closely with the Sr. Global Service Center Specialist and report to the Global Service Center Lead, all part of the Global HR Operations team (7 people total) based in Amsterdam. Together, we ensure our local HR Operations colleagues can work as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
HR expertise: You know what HR Operations is about and love bringing your knowledge on a Global level.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in an HR Operations role.
Tech-savvy: Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow (or similar systems) is a big plus.
Process mindset: You enjoy structure, documentation and maintaining quality standards.
Great communicator: You explain complex topics simply and build trust through clear, open communication.
Customer focused: You know what service is about and love helping others.
Result driven: You don’t just spot issues, you love solving them.
