As an HR Specialist in our Global Service Center, you’ll be the go-to support partner for our international HR Operations community. Every day, you’ll help colleagues in our local HR Operations teams navigate our core HR system, Workday, and its related processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate and consistent HR service delivery across all our markets. With your hands-on mentality and strong service mindset, you’ll make a real impact, both at our Head Office in Amsterdam and across our global HR Operations teams.

What you’ll do (and love doing)

  • Be the first line of support for our Local HR Operations teams: Analyze incoming tickets, troubleshoot issues and guide users through Workday-related questions.
  • Ensure timely, accurate ticket handling in ServiceNow, acting as our “ticket master” to safeguard quality and consistency.
  • Escalate issues when needed and follow up until full resolution is achieved.
  • Identify recurring errors, patterns, and improvement opportunities to help us continuously improve.
  • Collaborate with our Global Process Automation and Tech & Data teams by providing input on priorities and improvements.
  • Help facilitate training for our local HR Specialists in the countries.

You’ll work closely with the Sr. Global Service Center Specialist and report to the Global Service Center Lead, all part of the Global HR Operations team (7 people total) based in Amsterdam. Together, we ensure our local HR Operations colleagues can work as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in an HR Operations role.

  • Tech-savvy: Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow (or similar systems) is a big plus.

  • Process mindset: You enjoy structure, documentation and maintaining quality standards.

  • Great communicator: You explain complex topics simply and build trust through clear, open communication.

  • Customer focused: You know what service is about and love helping others.

  • Result driven: You don’t just spot issues, you love solving them.
