What makes this internship exciting?

As an intern in the Communications Department, your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage. The team will provide you with opportunities to support projects that will help you drive internal communications efforts, create communication assets for campaigns and activations, manage events for stakeholders, and contribute to external storytelling. You will develop skills in managing communications in a dynamic environment and participate in issue management and change communication.

This isn’t just about learning – it’s about leading! Here’s what your journey will look like:

  • Supporting TMICC's delivery of its sustainability goals for livelihoods and human rights.
  • Working alongside external partners to advocate for systemic change, including to Governments.
  • Creating impactful communications campaigns and deploying market research on sustainable brands and business.
  • Structuring, collecting, and managing information from different stakeholders.
  • Preparing senior leaders for external events including at key global moments (e.g. UN General Assembly, World Economic Forum, World Summit for Social Development).

YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

  • You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting 23rd February or 2nd March 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week).
  • You are enrolled (3rd or 4th year) in a Bachelor or Master’s program—e.g. communications, political science, or sustainability.
  • You have a demonstrated interest in business and sustainability, through study, additional classes around specific sustainability themes, or extra activities.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • You are eager and excited to learn.
  • You excel in communication.
  • You are proactive.
